We offer standard and express shipping for the UK. Standard shipping is Track 48 and Express is Next Day Guarantee, both with Royal Mail. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes. We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

For the UK standard shipping typically takes 1–3business days. For Next Day, you can expect it to arrive the next working day if you place your order be 3pm. International orders typically take 3 -10 business days. We dispatch all orders in 1-2 business days.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Most of our jewellery is brass based, including the silver plated items. Our silver plating is now made using 1 micron of real silver, which means your jewellery is a high quality with a lasting finish. Some items are white metal which is a more resistant silver coating as it is a composition of sterling silver and zinc. Other items are sterling silver 925 and gold plated sterling silver and will be clearly labelled and priced accordingly.

Some of our pieces are crafted using high-quality gold plating and vermeil for a luminous finish. We do not currently offer solid gold designs.

To care for brass jewellery, store it dry in pouches, avoid chemicals like lotion and perfume, and clean with baking soda / white vinegar for tarnish, and always drying thoroughly to maintain its shine and
prevent oxidation. Sterling silver and stainless steel are more resistant to water and chemicals however should use the same methods to retain shine.

Avoid water, chemicals, and abrasives. Clean gently with a soft cloth and store each piece in its pouch or box when not in use.

We recommend removing brass jewellery before showering, swimming, or washing hands to prolong the finish and prevent tarnishing. Sterling silver is more resistant.
