What is your jewellery made from?
The vast majority of our jewellery is brass based, which is a composition of copper and zinc.
Other items, such as “silver plated”, are silver plated brass items.
Items indicated “sterling silver 925” are indeed sterling silver , whereas some other items may be 14k gold plated onto sterling silver.
Can I wear brass if I have sensitive skin?
For piercings such as earrings it is generally recommended that you wear hypoallergenic options such as sterling silver or gold plated. However at KB we offer the choice to modify earrings and add a sterling silver 925 wire, or stainless steel in order to be able to wear the brass pieces.
Other items such as bracelets and pendants are usually okay , however if you have severe allergies please stick with sterling silver based items.
Can I get my jewellery wet?
It is generally recommended to keep brass dry in order to maintain its shiny gold colour. You can polish it with a dry cloth and/ or white vinegar to spruce it up after a while. Some people , however, preferred a more tarnished brass effect - and that is cool too!
I placed an order, how long until dispatch?
Fast dispatch is one of our priories at KB, so we aim to ship in 1-2 days and sometimes even the same day if you are lucky (and in time 😌).
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship standard Track48 to the UK and Tracked worldwide. Most often we use a letterbox service to reduce shipping costs, please check your mailbox 📫 for deliveries. Larger orders will be as a parcel. For the UK we use Royal Mail and for international will be via national post services (La Poste, USPS etc..)
Are there any customs fees?
This really depends on the country, if you are concerned please reach out before purchasing and we can help along the way.
My order has not arrived, what shall I do?
Please check the tracking code and address provided. if it says “delivered” then please check the mailbox, and the neighbour’s mailbox ( yes, the mail person can make mistakes, sometimes…). If you still cannot find your order , please send us a message to hello @ kaaliboutique.com and we will try our very best to locate your item and will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I return my items?
If the item has not been worn, the yes , absolutely you can return it under 14 days to the return address on the delivery label. Please confirm this with us first before any returns are made as we cannot guarantee it can be processed otherwise.
If the return fees are too high , we are often happy to allow you to keep the item and offer a generous store credit to find something else instead (we prefer happy customers!).
Can I leave a review?
Of course! But please give us a chance to do our very best to impress, so if you are not satisfied then please reach out to us first where we can resolve the issue as quick as possible.
